Orientation & Departure
What promised to be a fun weekend in the Himalayas turned out be a complete thriller with sudden freak Thunderstorms and Rains threatening to play spoilsport on Orientation Day. The River Rafting orientation took place at Atali Ganga as a dry-run with Rana & Jeetu introducing one and all to all the commands and guidelines due to rains.
The race briefing was shifted to the conference room from Camp Aquaterra and the excitement was high with Vaibhav leading the charge.
With the rock steady Aquaterra support team ready to do whatever it took, it meant changing the 30 Km Biking route in a mere two hours in the wee hours of the Challenge owing to landslides. The 2019 HAC, was one to remember with 75 participants successfully Biked, Hiked & Paddled in the Himalayas
